On the first day alone, almost 700 meals were prepared and distributed. Within a few days, the number rose to 1,500 meals, and soon the team reached their target of 3,000 daily meals. Volunteers worked tirelessly cooking, packing, and delivering hot meals directly to labor camps, construction sites, and high-need neighborhoods.

What began as a seasonal act soon grew into one of Dubai’s largest Ramadan food drives, powered by volunteers, community groups, and humanitarian partners who believed in the cause.

Expanding Relief Across Dubai

After Ramadan, the movement did not slow down. Instead, it transformed into a weekly food relief program that continues to support hardworking laborers across the city.

What the Weekly Program Includes

• Fresh biryani meals

• Cold water bottles

• Laban and hydration drinks

• Hydration kits for outdoor workers

• Meal packs for labor camps and construction areas

Every distribution is planned carefully to ensure that people receive meals that are warm, nutritious, and comforting especially those working long hours under difficult conditions.

Supporting Families in Karachi

The mission is not limited to the UAE. In Pakistan, the foundation has expanded its efforts by distributing free meals to families at Jinnah Hospital in Karachi.

The focus is on supporting families who wait outside the Children’s ICU Ward, many of whom travel from remote parts of Sindh for urgent medical treatment. These families often spend long hours waiting, tired and stressed, with limited access to food. The foundation’s meal distributions bring comfort at a time when they need it most.

Reaching 18,500 Meals and Moving Toward 100,000

So far, the foundation has already served over 18,500 meals in Dubai and hundreds more in Karachi. With growing volunteer support and increasing community participation, the goal of reaching 100,000 meals is becoming more achievable each day.
