Skoutia Account Deletion Policy

1. User Rights & Data Control

At Skoutia, we respect your right to privacy and control over your data. You can request the deletion of your account at any time via the Skoutia app or by contacting our data protection officer.

2. How to Request Account Deletion

Users can delete their account by:

  • In-App Option: Navigate to Settings > Account > Delete Account and follow the on-screen instructions.

  • Email Request: Send a request to dpo@skoutia.com using the registered email address.

3. What Happens After Deletion?

  • Your personal data and activity history will be permanently erased from our servers within 30 days.

  • Any public contributions (e.g., comments, rankings) may remain anonymized.

  • Some legal and financial records may be retained per regulatory requirements.

4. Third-Party Data Sharing

If you signed up using Google, Facebook, or Apple, you must also request account deletion from those platforms separately.

5. Appeals & Recovery

Once deleted, your account cannot be recovered. If the request was made in error, contact us within 7 days to revoke the deletion.
